Introduction

The Chengdu High tech Medical Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Association"), as a 5A level medical technology association approved for establishment in March 2016, shoulders the significant mission of assisting the national level independent innovation industrial functional zone in "creating a world-class high-tech park". Since its establishment, the society has always adhered to the work philosophy of "strengthening grassroots and promoting transformation", practiced the work policy of "based on high-tech, serving Sichuan and Chongqing, radiating to the whole country, and looking international", actively advocated the professional code of "learning extensively before becoming a doctor, being virtuous before becoming a doctor, and being cautious before becoming a doctor", and made every effort to build an "open, cooperative, and rigorous medical innovation and specialized collaborative development" platform. It is committed to becoming a regional leading and internationally first-class incubator and accelerator for medical achievement transformation projects and entrepreneurial teams by the end of the 16th Five Year Plan.

In terms of leading party building, the society takes "Party Building Strong Association" as the core, carefully shapes the characteristic party building brand of "Medical Road Science and Technology Innovation Pioneer", and achieves full coverage of functional party organizations in secondary academic branches. By jointly building the Angel New Garden Party and Mass Service Sub center in the regional industry, we aim to create a social organization party building service regional center hub that integrates resource integration, service sharing, and collaborative innovation. At the same time, it operates the official account of party building of "Yilu Chuxin Posthouse", builds a carrier of party building work integrating online and offline, promotes the formation of a new pattern of party building work of "industry coordination, resource sharing, mutual promotion and progress", and lays a solid ideological foundation for the development of the society.

The society has a professional organizational structure, with 105 academic branches and 263 unit members, including 13000 senior members in specialized fields. Commissioned by the government, the association has established more than 30 medical quality control sub centers based on provincial and municipal medical experts to carry out comprehensive and professional quality control management of medical institutions in the region, effectively improving the quality of regional medical services. The Secretariat of the Society has 9 functional departments and more than 70 full-time academic and technological service staff. With their professional competence and efficient services, they provide solid guarantees for the innovative development of the Society.

The association holds over 100 medical academic conferences annually in the fields of academic and industrial services, providing a platform for knowledge exchange and ideological collision in the medical field; Holding over 500 industrial service events to support industrial development; Organized more than 200 suitable technology promotion and organized continuing education practice activities, and opened more than 200 online WeChat classrooms, with an effective learning volume of nearly 1 million people both online and offline, promoting the widespread dissemination and application of medical knowledge. In addition, the society integrates technology clubs and expert resources every year, conducts over 170 science popularization activities, and provides direct online and offline services to more than 30 million people, enhancing the public's health literacy.

The Medical Engineering Integration Collaborative Innovation Center of the society is committed to promoting innovation in medical technology and services. In the past three years, the auxiliary member units have successfully initiated more than 50 municipal level medical research projects, obtained approval for 4 municipal level medical key specialties, and carried out more than 50 horizontal research projects. Learn to collaborate with multiple medical schools, establish regional GCP alliances, regional medical ethics committees, and university innovation and entrepreneurship consulting centers, and improve the medical engineering integration ecosystem. Every year, more than 20 online roadshows, 40 offline roadshows, large-scale salons, and cooperative exchange activities are organized, and over 200 conferences related to the transformation of clinical research achievements and the integration of medical engineering are held to promote the deep integration of industry, academia, and research. At the same time, establish a demonstration and experience platform for achievement transformation services, providing talent recruitment and intelligence introduction, achievement transformation, and industrial project landing services for the physical operation of scientific research projects, accelerating the transformation of scientific research achievements into real productivity.

The one-stop "screening, evaluation, and industrial development system for drugs, medical devices, and big health products" created by the Clinical Translation Department of the Society has established a complete CRO service platform for "post market clinical research projects". The platform is led by 5 PhDs and more than 20 professional research teams. The team members have an average professional experience of over 15 years, with strong professionalism and rich practical experience. At present, more than 30 service projects have been successfully completed, including over 5 new drug projects of the first category, with a valuation of 3-5 billion yuan in the service industry, and significant service results. The platform's capabilities cover the entire incubation process, including project screening, technology development, pilot scale up, registration and application, and quality management. It also has the ability to provide reverse guidance for pharmaceutical research, assisting research teams in enhancing project perspectives and accurately selecting high-value pharmaceutical projects. In addition, the platform provides full-time nanny style project evaluation, project selection, project management, and product incubation services for investors, industrial parks, colleges, hospitals, pharmaceutical R&D entrepreneurs, and other industry interested entrants, helping excellent pharmaceutical achievements to quickly land for industrialization and create economic and social value.
