Notice on membership and payment of membership fees in 2018

Medical institutions in the high-tech zone:

In order to better and more timely provide services to members, ensure the operation of the daily work of the society, and constantly improve the organization of the society, according to the "Articles of Association of the Chengdu High-tech Zone Medical Association", one of the funding sources of the association is membership dues. In accordance with the requirements of the "Model Model of Social Organization Charter" of the Civil Affairs Bureau, the meeting of the managerial representatives reviewed and decided to collect various membership fees for 2018.

The basis for "Standards for Membership Fees of Various Memberships" and "Standards for Membership Fees of Chengdu" is appropriately lowered, and all member units are requested to actively pay this year's membership dues. In addition, newly-established and non-member organizations should actively join the membership and follow the standards below.

1. Member Rights

(1) Participate in the formulation and revision of the articles of association;

(2) Election and removal of directors;

(3) Review the work of the Council;

(4) The unit obtains free academic exchange materials issued by the Association every month;

(5) Units and individuals are free to use the network education platform established by the Association;

(6) Units and individuals have priority to participate in the activities organized by the Association or preferentially send to participate in related academic activities organized by other units;

(7) Assist member units in organizing various training courses and academic activities at all levels;

(8) Participate in the election of members of various specialist branches and the recommendation of annual evaluation;

(9) Give priority to the professional technical consulting training provided by the Association (hospital management, key specialty (discipline) construction, scientific research projects and other training and guidance);

(10) The right to participate in the seminar on the standardized construction of the medical industry organized by the Association, and the Society will communicate the opinions, suggestions and requirements of the members to the higher authorities.

2. Member Obligations

(1) Observe the articles of association;

(2) To implement the resolutions of this association;

(3) Payment of dues on time

(4) Abide by the legal regulations, technical regulations, ethical regulations, industry regulations and guidelines of medical practice, and safeguard the legal rights and reputation of the Association;

(V) Actively participate in activities related to the Association and earnestly complete the tasks entrusted by the Association.

3. Standard of membership fees

(1) Individual members: 10 yuan / year (participation in the district ’s public follow-up education learning registration exemption);

(2) Standards for unit members:

1. Individual clinics and medical offices pay membership fees no less than 200 yuan / year;

2. The community health service station pays an annual membership fee of not less than 500 yuan / year;

3. The outpatient department and inspection office shall pay the annual membership fee no less than 2000 yuan / year;

4. The community health service center pays membership dues no less than 3000 yuan / year;

5. Hospital:

The annual membership fee for 20-99 beds is not less than 3000 yuan;

The annual payment of 100-200 beds is not less than 5,000 yuan;

201-299 beds or more should pay an annual membership fee of not less than 8,000 yuan;

The annual membership fee of 300-499 beds or more shall be no less than 10,000 yuan;

Membership fee of not less than 20,000 yuan per year for more than 500 beds;

6. The membership dues of professional committees are not listed here, and must be paid separately. Special account management should be established and paid independently. 4. Payment method
