On November 27th, 2020, the symposium on microbial mass spectrometry in Sichuan province was successfully held, which was sponsored by Chengdu Hi-tech Medical Association and organized by The Inspection Committee of Chengdu Hi-tech Medical Association.

The meeting was chaired by Li Hongxia, chairman of the inspection Committee of Chengdu Hi-tech Medical Association and director of the inspection Department of Chengdu First Hospital. The symposium focused on academic discussions on how to thoroughly implement the National Action Plan for The Containment of Bacterial Resistance (2016-2020), guiding Principles for the Capacity Building of China's Clinical Microbiology Laboratories in response to major infectious diseases and practical work.
