On the morning of December 20th, the third term election meeting of the Nursing Professional Committee of Chengdu High-tech Medical Association was successfully held. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Charter of Chengdu High-tech Medical Association" and the "Management Measures for Academic Organizations of Chengdu High-tech Medical Association", and with the approval of the Secretariat of the association, the election for the new term will be carried out strictly in accordance with the organizational procedures and requirements for the election.

The meeting reported on the recommendation status and qualification review reports of 86 candidates for committee members, and through democratic election, the leadership team of the third special committee was elected. Professor Yin Jun from Chengdu First People's Hospital was elected as the chairperson of the third special committee, and Professor Liu Surong, the former director of the Nursing Department of Chengdu First People's Hospital, was specially appointed as the honorary chairperson. The deputy chairperson is: Professor Jiang Xiujuan from Chengdu Second People's Hospital Affiliated to Sichuan University, Professor Li Hongxia from Chengdu Third People's Hospital, Professor Liu Chuan from University Town Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University, Professor Lu Xiaodan from Chengdu Seventh People's Hospital, Professor Wan Bin from Chengdu Public Health Clinical Medical Center, Professor Yang Ling from Chengdu Fifth People's Hospital, and Professor Zhang Lin from Chengdu BOE Hospital Sort by the first letter of the surname in pinyin.

Professor Yin Jun, the newly elected chairperson, stated that nursing work is an important component of the medical and health care industry and a crucial line of defense for safeguarding the lives and health of the people. At the meeting, the Party working Group of the Third Nursing Specialized Committee of Chengdu High-tech Medical Association was established simultaneously. Comrade Yin Jun serves as the head of the Party work group, Comrade Jiang Xiujuan is in charge of discipline inspection and organizational work, and Comrade Li Hongxia is responsible for publicity work. After the Party group was established, the special committee held a Party lesson study.
