I.Basic conditions for membership

1. Enterprises and organizations engaged in scientific research, production, operation and service in the medical industry;

2. Officially register enterprises in industrial and commercial bureau and Civil Affairs Bureau;

3. Love the society and abide by its rules.

II.Members have the following rights:

1. The right to vote, to be elected and to vote;

2. Participate in the activities of the society;

3. The priority of obtaining the service of the Institute;

4. They have the right to reflect their opinions to the society;

5. The right to criticize and supervise the work of the society;

6. Have the right to ask the society to give help to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the enterprise;

7. Apply for the right to withdraw.

III.Members shall perform the following obligations:

1. Abide by the constitution of the Institute and implement the resolutions of the Institute;

2. Safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the society;

3. Finish the work assigned by the society;

4. Report the situation to the society and provide relevant information;

5. Actively participate in the activities of the society;

6. Pay dues on time;

7. Non medical industry members (membership fee RMB 5000 / year).
