I. Suppliers should meet the following conditions to participate in the competition (procurement) activity:

1. They shall be able to bear civil liabilities independently.

2. Good business reputation and sound financial accounting system.

3. Possessing the necessary equipment and professional and technical capabilities for the performance of the contract.

4. Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds according to law.

5. No records of major violations of laws and regulations in the three years before participating in this contest.

II. Qualification requirements

The supplier must provide the following information in original and copy with fresh seal:

1. Original and copy of business license.

2, a copy of the organization code (three certificates in one only provide business license).

3. Copy of Tax Registration Certificate.

4, the company's letter of introduction or legal person power of attorney.

5. ID card of authorized representative.

6. Other requirements

After passing the qualification examination, you will receive the requirements document for the competition (procurement) of the Institute (please bring your own U disk).
