Chengdu High-tech Zone conducts special supervision work on the quality of new coronavirus nucleic acid 

testing laboratories in the district

       In order to further standardize the detection work of the new crown nucleic acid testing laboratory in our region, improve the technical level and testing capabilities of the inspectors, and ensure the quality of laboratory testing and biological safety. Entrusted by the Education, Culture, and Health Bureau of Chengdu High-tech Zone, the Chengdu High-tech Zone Medical Quality Control Management Service Center organized the high-tech zone inspection and quality control sub-center to conduct independent detection of new coronavirus nucleic acid in the district on July 12, 2021. A testing agency conducts on-site supervision by experts.

        The Medical Quality Control Management Service Center of Chengdu High-tech Zone has formulated a supervision work plan in accordance with the requirements of Chengdu Health Commission's "Notice on Further Strengthening of Nucleic Acid Testing" and invited Director Qing Keqin, Director Li Hongxia and Teacher Hu Ping of Chengdu First People's Hospital , Teacher Lin Yao, Director Lu Xiaojun, Director Zeng Tingting of West China Hospital formed an expert supervision team into three teams to conduct on-site supervision work.

The supervision expert group conducts inspections of information, investigations and interviews, on-site inspections, case tracking, system tracking, etc., on the biosafety measures, test specimen disposal, sample test operation procedures, quality control and laboratory related management systems of various institutions and laboratories. A detailed inspection was carried out, and valuable guidance was given, and rectification requirements were put forward for the problems found in the inspection process. The development of this supervision work has played a guiding and supervising role in the standardized management of the new crown nucleic acid testing laboratory in our district and the protection of biological safety.
