After the outbreak of the Nanjing epidemic, many local cases related to Nanjing epidemic were found. In July 27th, there was also a local epidemic in high-tech zones. In the face of the delta virus with short incubation period, fast transmission speed and high viral load, there was an outbreak of outbreaks caused by the loss of hospital defense in designated city. The prevention and control of COVID-19 has become increasingly serious and complicated. Novel coronavirus pneumonia center is entrusted by the Chengdu health and Health Committee for further strengthening the urgent notice of epidemic prevention and control of new crown pneumonia in medical institutions. The high tech Zone medical quality control and management service center was commissioned by the high tech education and Health Bureau of the high tech Zone on August 10-11，2021. Experts in charge of quality control center of nursing, joint district health supervision and law enforcement personnel, carry out "COVID-19 supervision and control special inspection" for medical institutions.

Xu Shilan, head of the Department of nosocomial infection of Shangjin branch of West China Hospital of Sichuan University, Liao Yan, director of the nursing department, Chen Benhui, nursing expert, Lu Jie, former leader of the provincial health supervision and law enforcement corps, Fu Xueqin, expert of nosocomial infection of West China Hospital of Sichuan University, Zheng Tairong, head nurse of the Department of internal medicine of Chengdu first people's Hospital, Luo Ling, head nurse of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Shuai Wenjie, head nurse of the emergency department Zhou Juan, head nurse of surgery department, Chen Chuanrong, a hospital infection expert of Chengdu Hospital of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., Liu Li, head of the Department of hospital infection of Chenghua District Maternal and child health hospital, and other experts form several expert groups. Each expert group consists of one hospital infection expert, one nursing expert and one to two health supervision and law enforcement personnel.

In order to better and more standardized implementation of the supervision of the new crown epidemic prevention and control in 18 general hospitals and 10 community health service centers in the District, the experts conducted detailed supervision and professional guidance to each medical institution in the following aspects: preview triage management, fever clinic (sentinel) management, outpatient management, emergency management, admission management, ward management, nucleic acid detection, personnel management and so on.
