In recent years, with the continuous development of hematology, the condition of blood patients is complicated, and the level required for clinical treatment of blood diseases is getting higher and higher. In order to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of young medical workers in the department of hematology, strengthen the experience and academics in the field of blood in hospitals. Communication allows young medical workers in hospitals at all levels to further learn about industry treatment standards, understand real-time hot spots of subjects, and share diagnosis and treatment of difficult infection cases. From May to December 2021, the "Chengdu Blood Youth Conference" hosted by Chengdu High-tech Medical Association came as scheduled.

The first academic conference was held online as scheduled on July 16. Professor Wang Xiaodong and Professor Tan Jing, the chairpersons of the conference, gave opening speeches and conclusions; Professor Xiao Rong from Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital focused on explaining the concept and clinical practice of antifungal therapy in the Department of Hematology; Professor Huang Juan from Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital addressed the topic -The choice of first-line drugs for invasive aspergillosis from multiple angles", which carried out an in-depth analysis; Professor Guan Xiaohong from Chengdu First People's Hospital and Professor He Guancui from the General Hospital of the Western War Zone conducted intense thematic discussions on the following three issues:

1. Selection of preventive drugs for patients with blood diseases;

2. The clinical significance of diagnosis-driven treatment of CT;

3. How do patients with hypoproteinemia choose antibacterial drugs?

The second academic conference was successfully held online on July 27. The chairmen of the conference, Professor Li Hui and Professor Chen Rong, gave opening speeches and conclusions; Professor Gao Li from Peking University First Hospital gave a key interpretation of the "Image Identification and Targets of Pulmonary Fungal Infection in the Department of Hematology"; Professor Wu Hongwei focused on the "Progress of New Drugs for Hematological Malignancies and the Risk of Infection"; Professor Liu Zuofeng from Chengdu Third People's Hospital brought cases to share with all participants, and Professor Zhang Li from Chengdu Seventh People's Hospital led all guests Discussed "Diagnosis and Differentiation of Infection in Hematological Tumor Patients and How to Optimize the Choice of Anti-infective Drugs".

The two academic conferences promoted the inter-provincial exchanges between the hematology oncology circles, through the exchanges, the integration of high-quality medical resources, building communication bridges, and laying a solid foundation for strengthening the construction of the province's hematology department.
