Entrusted by the Education, Culture and Health Bureau of Chengdu High-tech Zone, the Medical Quality Control Management Service Center of Chengdu High-tech Zone organized provincial and municipal review experts to interview Sichuan Provincial Institute of Drug Inspection and Chengdu Boaotec on the afternoon of September 2, 2021. The registration and filing of the secondary biosafety laboratory applied by Biotechnology Co., Ltd. will conduct on-site assessment by experts.

       The Chengdu High-tech Zone Medical Quality Control Management Service Center formulated a technical review work plan according to the requirements of the second-level biosafety laboratory review, and invited Liu Lei, Section Chief of Sichuan Orthopedic Hospital and Xiong Eryang, Director of Chengdu First People's Hospital to form an expert review team to conduct the site On-site review and acceptance. Teacher Zhu Lingqian from the Health Department of the Education, Culture and Health Bureau of Chengdu High-tech Zone participated in the supervision work throughout the whole process, and the High-tech Zone Medical Quality Control Management Service Center participated in the organization and coordination work.

         At the review site, the expert team conducted a detailed review and acceptance of the organization’s laboratory layout, personnel qualifications, facilities and equipment, medical waste management, biosafety, system construction, etc., and gave valuable guidance to the review process. For the problems found, rectification requirements were put forward. This review has played a guiding and helpful role in promoting the further standardized construction and management of the laboratory.
