In order to promote the improvement of academic level in the fields related to the diagnosis and treatment of lower extremity varicose veins in various hospitals, provide clinical experts of vascular surgery with the experience of minimally invasive treatment of lower extremity varicose veins, and jointly promote the academic development of vascular surgery, so as to provide a good academic exchange platform. The first phase of the 2022 training meeting on minimally invasive treatment of varicose veins of lower limbs, hosted by Chengdu high tech Medical Association and jointly organized by the General Hospital of the Western Theater and the General Hospital of the northern theater, was held online on March 25, and about 300 people watched it online.

More than ten experts including Professor Wang Yong from the Second Affiliated Hospital of the Army Medical University, Professor Zhang Liwei from the General Hospital of the northern theater, Professor Ding Sheng from the General Hospital of the Western Theater, and Professor Hu Yijie from the military medical characteristics center of the army were invited to give special lectures and classic case surgical studies on varicose veins of the lower limbs.
