Introduction
In order to promote the discipline construction of plastic and aesthetic specialties in our province, standardize diagnosis and treatment behavior, strengthen management, carry out academic research and exchanges related to plastic surgery and beauty, and guide, organize, develop and expand the team of plastic surgeons, the "Establishment Conference and First Academic Annual Conference of Plastic Surgery Special Committee of Chengdu High-tech Medical Association" was successfully held online on November 20, 2022. The conference was jointly hosted by Chengdu High-tech Medical Association and Chengdu Bada's Medical Beauty Hospital, and was held online by the secretariat of the society and the preparatory group of the special committee in accordance with the requirements of precise epidemic prevention and control.
2022 Inaugurating Meeting
On the afternoon of November 20th, more than 80 experts in the plastic surgery industry from major hospitals in Sichuan-Chongqing-Guizhou participated in the inaugural meeting of the Plastic Surgery Special Committee of Chengdu High-tech Medical Association online. Through deliberation, the congress democratically elected the chairman, vice chairman, and standing committee members of the special committee. Professor Tang Yong of Chengdu Badai Medical Cosmetology Hospital was elected as the chairman, Professor Dai Gengwu of Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital, Professor Feng Yanyan of Chengdu Second People's Hospital, Professor Li Zhengyong of West China Hospital of Sichuan University, Professor Wang Hang of West China Hospital of Sichuan University, Professor Wu Dongmei of Chengdu Badadi Medical Cosmetology Hospital, Professor Ye Feilun of Chengdu Third People's Hospital and Professor Zeng Linghuan of Sichuan Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were elected vice chairmen (in alphabetical order by last name). After the inaugural meeting, the first academic annual meeting of the Plastic Surgery Committee was held.
