In order to strengthen the construction of talent echelons, to promote the vigorous development of the hepatobiliary and pancreatic major of this province as its own responsibility, to promote the standardization and homogenization of the hepatobiliary and pancreatic major as the goal of the promotion and application, sponsored by Chengdu High-tech Medical Association, Organized by West China Hospital of Sichuan University, "The Second General Meeting and Academic Annual Meeting of Multidisciplinary Diagnosis and Treatment Committee for Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Malignancies" was successfully held online and offline in Chengdu on December 10-11, 2022.

General assembly of succession

On the evening of December 10th, 81 experts in the field of hepatobiliary and pancreatic cancer from major hospitals in Sichuan and Chongqing region participated in the new session of the multidisciplinary diagnosis and Treatment Committee of Hepatobiliary and pancreatic Cancer of Chengdu High-tech Medical Association through online and offline forms. According to the Articles of Association and Academic Organization Management Measures of Chengdu Hi-tech Medical Association, the conference passed deliberation and democratically elected the second Standing Committee, chair-designate and vice-chair-designate of the new leadership group. Professor Zeng Yong of West China Hospital of Sichuan University was appointed as the honorary chair, and Professor Huang Jiwei of West China Hospital of Sichuan University was elected as the chair. Prof. Wang Xin of West China Hospital of Sichuan University was elected chair-designate, Prof. Feng Xiexin of Sichuan Cancer Hospital, Prof. Lei Zehua of Leshan People's Hospital, Prof. Li Bo of Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University, Prof. Li Zhenlin of West China Hospital of Sichuan University, Prof. Li Guangguan of Chengdu Second People's Hospital and Prof. Zhang Yu of Sichuan People's Hospital were elected vice-chair-designate.

Summary report on the work of the first Special Committee

Professor Wu Hong, chairman of the first Multidisciplinary Diagnosis and Treatment Committee for Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Cancer, made a summary report on the work of the committee. He sorted out and summarized the work of the previous committee from the aspects of the establishment background, general situation and academic activities of the committee, and said that with the hard work of all the members, the work of the first committee had come to an end. Academic Conference

On December 11th, the second session of the Multidisciplinary Diagnosis and Treatment Committee of Hepatobiliary and pancreatic Cancer of Chengdu Hi-tech Medical Association held the annual academic meeting.
