In order to strengthen the management of national basic public health service projects and effectively improve the service level and medical quality of community health service centers, entrusted by the Health Bureau of Chengdu High-tech Zone, On January 12, 2023, the Medical Quality Control Management Service Center of the High-tech Zone organized provincial and municipal experts in medical management, infection control management and pharmaceutical management to evaluate the 2022 basic medical performance of 11 community health service centers in the zone.

In order to do a good job in this assessment, the Medical quality control and management Service center of High-tech Zone conducted indicator interpretation training on the experts who participated in the assessment in the early stage. This assessment was divided into 6 groups, which were composed of medical management experts, hospital feeling management experts and pharmaceutical management experts. The expert group conducted the assessment on 26 indicators in four aspects, including service provision, comprehensive management, sustainable development and satisfaction evaluation, by means of on-site data review, random check of prescription medical records, personnel interview and data summary analysis. Six expert evaluation teams went deep into 11 community health service centers in Chengdu High-tech Zone to conduct on-site assessment, and experts gave on-site guidance to the work of each community health service center.
