In order to further promote the construction and development of tumor immunotherapy, deepen the learning of new knowledge and new advances in head and neck tumor radiotherapy, surgical treatment, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, etc., and further strengthen the clinical research level of oncologists, Chengdu High-tech Medical Association successfully held the "Inaugural Conference of Head and Neck Cancer Special Committee and the First Academic Annual Conference and Tumor Immunotherapy Golden Bull Forum" online on September 2, 2022.

On the evening of September 2, more than 100 head and neck cancer workers from major hospitals in Sichuan-Chongqing region and other places attended the inaugural meeting of the first head and neck cancer special committee of Chengdu High-tech Medical Association. Through deliberation, the congress democratically elected the standing committee members, vice chairmen, chairmen and other leading bodies of the special committee. Professor Ao Rui of Jinniu Hospital of Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital was elected as the chairman, Professor Li Chunhua of Sichuan Cancer Hospital, Professor Li Yingchun of Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital, Professor Ma Zhiyue of Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital, Professor Peng Xingchen of West China Hospital of Sichuan University and Professor Yu Xiaoxu of Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital were elected vice chairmen (in alphabetical order).

The establishment of this special committee aims to build an academic exchange platform for everyone, so that experts can exert their strength, not only fully demonstrate their capabilities, but also drive the high-quality development of the head and neck cancer industry. This year's Cancer Immunotherapy Golden Bull Forum invited well-known domestic oncologists to give special academic reports, and conducted academic discussions and exchanges on classic cases and cutting-edge technologies of oncology, hoping that the participating experts could gain and inspire.
