continuing medical education and training in 2020
The district's medical and health units:
According to the "Regulations on the Continuing Education of Professional and Technical Personnel in Sichuan Province" and the "Measures for the Management of Credits for Continuing Medical Education in Sichuan Province (Trial)" (Chuan Wei Fa [2017] No. 134), the qualified medical personnel for continuing medical education are qualified for appointment, One of the necessary conditions for promotion of technical titles and practice registration and re-registration. Anyone who does not obey the unit ’s continuing medical education study arrangements or fails to complete the prescribed learning tasks without justifiable reasons should make corresponding supplementary courses and reprieves when hiring or practicing registration Hire or not register. Therefore, it is stipulated that medical and health technicians should receive 25 credits of continuing medical education every year. In accordance with the reality of the high-tech zone, the courses offered by our society are included in the courses that must be attended. As a class Ⅱ basic credit, the district ’s 2020 continuing medical education registration is now relevant. Notice of matters is as follows:
1. Registration time
The registration period is: February 18, 2020-February 28, 2020, only electronic form registration will be accepted, and the time for receiving the study card will be notified separately.

2. Charging standards and payment methods
(1) High-tech Zone Medical Association 2020 follow-up training: 160 yuan per person for non-members; free payment for individual membership dues (please refer to "Notice on Membership and Payment of Various Membership Dues in 2020"); Class II credit 15 points; an invoice for membership dues will be issued on-site by the District Medical Association.
(2) Online learning for publication: 60 yuan / person; 10 credits for class Ⅱ; the charging method is to be determined, and the Municipal Medical Association will issue invoices uniformly.
(3) Huayi.com Online learning in 2020: 60 yuan / person, 5 credits for class I; 120 yuan / person, 10 credits for class I; the district medical association charges, and Beijing Huayinet mails invoices.
(4) Payment method: Alipay, bank transfer, please note the name of the unit when paying. (Do not accept cash and WeChat transfers)
Note: Since the cost of publishing and learning card of Huayi.com is a sales item, if you need to report to the unit, please indicate the unit name and tax number on the registration form.
3. Participants and types of registration
Medical and health technicians (doctors, nurses, laboratory, ultrasound, ECG, radiology, pharmacy professionals) should receive 25 credits of continuing medical education each year, which is considered to be the completion of the annual professional knowledge points required by the Chengdu Human Resources and Social Security Bureau .
(1) Intermediate titles in primary and health categories: 15 credits in class II of continuing education training in the Medical Association of the High-tech Zone, 10 credits in publication II, and 5 credits in class I of China Medical Network; a total of 280 yuan.
(2) Intermediate class of Chinese medicine: 15 credits for class II of the secondary education training of the High-tech Zone Medical Association,
10 credits of class II credits and 10 credits of class I credits of China Medical Network; a total of 340 yuan.
(3) Senior professional title (Vice-level and above): 15 credits for class II of continuing education training in the Medical Association of the High-tech Zone, and 10 credits for class I of China Medical Network; a total of 280 yuan.
Note: Class I and II credits cannot be substituted for each other.
4. Credits awarded
(1) In 2020, follow-up training of the Medical Association of the High-tech Zone, log on the website to choose 30 videos for learning, and accumulate 15 points.
(2) Completion of the online publication (learning card) in 2020. After passing the answer, 10 credits will be awarded to the Ⅱ credits, which will be automatically imported from time to time by the Municipal Education Office.
(3) Completion of the online study of Huayi.com in 2020. After passing the answer, 5 credits and 10 credits will be awarded to the national class I credits, and credits will be introduced by Huayi.com.
(4) To participate in other follow-up education activities or meetings, etc., you must keep the relevant certification materials (original), such as the participation notice, invitation letter, thesis, etc., otherwise it will not be reviewed and registered at the end of the year.
V. Registration method
All kinds of medical staff in the high-tech zone will be enrolled in the District Medical Association in 2020 following the second-class online teaching of the Diocese, "Online Learning" and "Huayi.com". All units are requested to send the "Registration Form for Successive Education" (see attachment) to the office of the Medical Association of the High-tech Zone (gxyxhhw@163.com) in electronic format, and then issue it to the students' "Publication Learning Card" and "Huayi.com" "Learning Card", "Online Learning Card"; Participants who participated in "Online Learning in 2020" and "Online Learning of Huayi.com" log in to the website to fill out personal information with the learning card, complete personal registration procedures, and the exams are all conducted online.
