According to the "Chengdu High-tech Zone Health Bureau 2023 work ideas" requirements, in the afternoon of March 16, 2023, held in Chengdu high-tech medical Association on the second floor of the "regional medical quality and safety inspection work" mobilization meeting. The heads of 44 medical institutions and medical section attended the conference.

The meeting was presided over by Zeng Bin, director of the Medical Quality Control Management Service Center of Chengdu High-tech Zone. Ai He, deputy director of the management service Center, made a detailed interpretation of the implementation plan and inspection scoring standard of the medical quality and safety inspection in the whole region, and answered the questions raised by various medical institutions.

Subsequently, Mr. Wu Bosheng, head of the Health Department of the Health Bureau of Chengdu High-tech Zone, did the work mobilization and put forward the work requirements.

1. Ideological understanding in place, the institutions must attach great importance to, the whole hospital attended, fully realize the importance of the medical quality and safety and inspection work.

2. The mobilization organization should be in place. The heads of all agencies should immediately carry out the mobilization conference and the work promotion meeting in accordance with the work plan after the meeting, and improve the organizational framework and elaborate organization to ensure the effectiveness of the meeting.

3. The work measures should be in place, with clear division of labor, clear responsibilities, and their respective roles and responsibilities.

4. Self-inspection to promote reform in place, all institutions should conscientiously carry out self-inspection and self-correction work in accordance with inspection standards, continuous improvement, problem-oriented, must have the spirit of nails, and focus on solving prominent problems.
