As an emerging medical technology, neural intervention has broad prospects for application in the diagnosis and treatment of neurological diseases and is constantly developing and improving. To strengthen academic exchanges in medical neural intervention, comprehensively improve the professional level of neural intervention practitioners, and enhance the clinical diagnosis level of grassroots hospital doctors, the Fourth Jiujiang Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease Forum, jointly organized by the Sichuan Society of Physiology and the Chengdu High-tech Medical Association, was held in Luzhou on February 18, 2023. The conference invited more than 30 experts and scholars, including Professor Chen Xiu, Professor Li Jinglun, Professor Qiu Shuang, Southwest Medical University Affiliated Hospital, Professor He Li, West China Hospital of Sichuan University, Professor Guo Fuqiang, Professor Yang Jie, and Professor Jiao Liqun, from Capital Medical University Xuanwu Hospital, to give wonderful lectures and discussions on relevant topics. Attendees expressed that they benefited greatly from the conference, and this event also provided a learning and communication platform for experts and scholars engaged in neural intervention research, jointly promoting the development of the neural intervention field.
