In the afternoon of April 21, 2023, Chengdu-Chongqing experts gathered in Chengdu successfully held the "Chengdu high-tech Medical Association Chengdu-Chongqing anesthesia and perioperative medical committee establishment conference". After deliberation, the leading group of the Chairman, Deputy chairman and Standing Committee of the Committee were democratically elected. Prof. Wang Rurong of Shangjin Hospital of West China Hospital of Sichuan University and Prof. Wei Ke of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were elected as the chairman, and Prof. Liu Jin of West China Hospital of Sichuan University was specially appointed as the honorary chairman.

On April 22, the first academic annual meeting of the Special Committee was held. The opening ceremony was presided over by Professor Wang Rurong of Shangjin Hospital of West China Hospital of Sichuan University. The conference invited participants from Peking University Third Hospital, West China Hospital of Sichuan University, West China Second Hospital of Sichuan University, Shangjin Hospital of West China Hospital of Sichuan University, Sichuan People's Hospital, Sichuan Cancer Hospital, Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University, Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Nantong University, First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, and Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University The class was taught by first-class anesthesiology experts from Children's Hospital, Central Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing University, Yongchuan Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University, etc., and shared the development status and future of anesthesia medicine. It presents the new progress and new technology of anesthesia medicine in various forms and contents, bringing a "audio-visual feast" of theory and practice.

This conference has three sub-sessions, respectively from the comfort of the medical, new technology and new theory, health science contest keynote speeches.

The second popular science competition in the sub-venue was in full swing. A total of five judges graded the 30 finalists' video works. The workshop after the competition was wonderful.

At the end of the meeting, awards will be given to the winning works of popular science competition and emblem collection activity.
