The treatment of skin immune diseases is one of the most successful cases in immunological translational medicine. Previously, the treatment of skin immune diseases was mainly achieved through accidental discovery of drugs or therapies, often with poor efficacy and certain toxicity during long-term treatment.

With the application of biological agents, more and more patients are achieving the treatment goal of complete or almost complete clearance of skin lesions and itching. We still have many questions regarding the pharmaceutical mechanisms of biological agents, rational and safe use of drugs, long-term patient management, and early intervention.

In order to promote the development of skin immune diseases, psoriasis, urticaria and other fields, improve the level of precise diagnosis and treatment, use biological agents reasonably and safely, manage chronic diseases throughout the process, and reduce the disease burden on patients, the "Skin Health Academic Conference" organized by Chengdu High tech Medical Association was held online on October 31, 2023. The conference invited Professor Gong Yugang, Professor Xie Zhen, Professor Chen Jin from Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital More than ten experts and scholars, including Professor Lei Qing and Professor Li Chunxiao, from the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, gave wonderful lectures on relevant topics. The attending representatives expressed great benefits and hoped to participate in similar conferences in the future.
