Previously, the treatment of skin immune diseases was mainly achieved through accidental discovery of drugs or therapies, often with poor efficacy and certain toxicity in long-term treatment. With the application of biological agents, more and more patients are achieving the goal of completely or almost completely clearing skin lesions and itching. We still have many questions regarding the pharmaceutical mechanisms of biological agents, rational and safe use of drugs, long-term patient management, and early intervention.
