In order to further enhance the understanding of kidney disease among medical staff and promote the medical development of kidney disease prevention and treatment, the municipal continuing education project "Progress Study Class on Diagnosis and Treatment of Kidney Disease (C23-22-01-103050124)", sponsored by Chengdu High tech Medical Association and undertaken by Chengdu BOE Hospital, was successfully held on November 25, 2023 at the academic hall on the first floor of the research building of Chengdu BOE Hospital.

Among them, Professor Cao Zhengjiang from West China Hospital of Sichuan University explained in detail the intervention treatment strategy for internal fistula occlusion, providing doctors with new ideas for treating kidney diseases; Professor Xie Xisheng, from Nanchong Central Hospital affiliated to North Sichuan Medical College, interpreted the China diabetes Nephropathy Grassroots Management Guide (2023) to help grass-roots doctors better manage patients with diabetes nephropathy; Professor Zhang Ling from West China Hospital of Sichuan University discussed with everyone the precise prescription of CRRT anticoagulation and shared their experiences in anticoagulation treatment. Professor Guo Dongyang from Chengdu BOE Hospital and Professor Ye Chaoyang from Shuguang Hospital of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine respectively provided detailed explanations on the collision between the guidelines for thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura and the 2019 KDOQI vascular pathway guidelines and the consensus of Chinese experts (CVC section).
In addition to the special report, this learning class also has an in-depth discussion section. Professor Gong Rong from Chengdu Third People's Hospital, Professor Cai Xiaoyue from Chengdu BOE Hospital, and Professor Huang Hui discussed hot topics such as the selection of dialysis mode for end-stage renal disease, diagnosis and treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus and lupus nephritis, and integrated management of CKD medical care. By sharing their clinical experience and research results, they promoted the improvement of renal disease prevention and treatment level.
