In order to promote ERAS medical model, reduce surgical stress and complications, actively intervene in different types of patients, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and accelerate postoperative rehabilitation of patients, the second Academic Salon on Perioperative Management led by ERAS was organized by Chengdu High-tech Medical Association and undertaken by Chengdu BOE Hospital (project number: C24-01-118000163) was successfully held in BOE Hospital, Chengdu on July 6, 2024.

The opening ceremony of the meeting was presided over by Dong Shuhua, Director of Chengdu BOE Hospital. Teng Donghai, Vice President of Chengdu boe Hospital, Liu Bin, director of West China Hospital of Sichuan University, and Ai He, Vice president and Deputy Secretary-General of Chengdu High-tech Medical Association addressed the opening ceremony.

This training invited famous experts and scholars from both inside and outside the province to elaborate from different perspectives on the precise use of anesthetic drugs in the induction period, perioperative cardiac arrest - recognition, treatment and prevention, perioperative pain management under the concept of ERAS, etc. The content is rich, and each of the experts taught the content is very detailed and shared their experience with you.

This training aims to continuously improve the professional technical level and ability of medical workers engaged in anesthesia related professions. It is hoped that participants can further learn through sharing the knowledge of the conference, effectively integrate the knowledge, and use it in practice, so as to reduce postoperative complications, promote early recovery of patients, shorten the length of hospitalization, reduce hospitalization costs, and really benefit patients.
