In order to further promote the development of TCM nursing and improve the level of TCM nursing management, The Chinese Medicine Nursing Management Training Course (Project number: (Sichuan) 24-01-006), a provincial continuing Chinese medicine education project of Sichuan Province co-sponsored by Chengdu Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine and Chengdu Hi-tech Medical Association, was successfully concluded in Chengdu, Sichuan Province from August 16 to 17, 2024. With the theme of "Inheritance and Innovation, Jointly promoting the development of TCM nursing management", this training course attracted nearly 300 TCM nursing managers and key personnel from various cities, districts and counties in Sichuan Province to actively participate in the latest concepts and practices of TCM nursing management, and injected new vitality to promote the modernization of TCM nursing.

This training carefully designed a rich variety of course content, covering the background and current situation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing management, management methodology, management thinking and ability training, traditional Chinese medicine nursing management program construction, management tools and other aspects.
