In order to further promote the development of ophthalmology in Southwest China and strengthen academic exchanges among peers, the aim is to improve the medical technology level and service quality of ophthalmologists with the aim of "facing the grassroots and serving the clinic". On July 23, 2024, Chengdu High-tech Medical Association held a series of seminars on new ophthalmic diagnosis and treatment online (the first phase), with a cumulative number of more than 100 participants. The conference invited outstanding ophthalmologists in the region to give speeches, exchange diagnosis and treatment experience, introduce new technologies and new therapies for the treatment of retinopathy, glaucoma, cataract and other related eye diseases, and jointly improve the level of clinical services.
