With the rapid development of China's economy, the living standards of residents have been significantly improved, and the morbidity, mortality and economic burden of chronic diseases remain high. In response to the call of the "Healthy China 2030" plan issued by the CPC Central Committee and The State Council, we will promote the development of health management capabilities of primary medical institutions and improve the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases. Co-sponsored by Chengdu Hi-tech Medical Association and Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital, and hosted by Chengdu Hi-tech Medical Association Health Management Committee, the "Second Academic Conference of Chengdu Hi-tech Medical Association Health Management Committee" was successfully held in Chengdu from September 6 to September 7, 2024, with a total of more than 130 participants.
