In this beautiful season, “Seminar on Perioperative Anesthesia Management and Appropriate Techniques and Anesthesia Critical Incident Case Competition”, which was co-sponsored by Chengdu Hi-Tech Medical Association and Chengdu First People's Hospital, was successfully held on October 19th to October 20th, 2024 in Chengdu. The seminar was successfully held on October 19-20, 2024, with more than 100 participants offline. More than 100 people participated in the seminar.
The opening ceremony of this conference was hosted by Director Ou Shan of Chengdu First People's Hospital, who gave a speech for the conference.This event gathered the elites of anesthesiology to discuss the latest advances in perioperative anesthesia management, the application of appropriate technology, and the management strategy of anesthesia critical events, aiming to promote the development of anesthesiology and enhance the patient's medical experience.
During the two-day academic feast, we had the honor to listen to the wonderful speeches of many famous anesthesiologists in Sichuan. They not only shared their valuable experience in perioperative management, but also presented the latest research results. These lectures covered a wide range of topics, from basic theories of anesthesiology to innovative techniques in clinical practice to fine management strategies, providing participants with rich academic resources and profound insights.
In addition, this seminar specially set up the “Anesthesia Critical Incident Case Competition”, aiming to improve the anesthesiologists' ability to identify, handle and prevent critical incidents through the sharing and discussion of actual cases. Participants demonstrated their professional skills and clinical experience under high-pressure environment, and after intense discussion and selection, a group of doctors with outstanding performance were recognized and commended.
The success of this seminar not only provides a platform for experts and scholars in anesthesiology to communicate and learn, but also contributes to the promotion of innovation and development of anesthesiology. We look forward to more such academic activities in the future to continue to promote the progress of anesthesiology and provide patients with safer and higher quality medical services.
