The treatment of skin immune diseases is one of the most successful cases in immunological translational medicine. Previously, the treatment of skin immune diseases was mainly achieved through the accidental discovery of drugs or therapies, which often had poor efficacy and certain toxicity in long-term treatment. With the application of biologics, more and more patients are achieving the treatment goal of completely or almost completely clearing their skin lesions and itching. We still have many questions regarding the pharmaceutical mechanisms of biologics, rational and safe use of drugs, long-term patient management, early intervention, and other aspects. In order to promote the development of skin immune diseases, psoriasis, urticaria and other fields, improve the level of precision diagnosis and treatment, use biological agents reasonably and safely, manage chronic diseases throughout the process, and reduce the disease burden of patients, the "Immunological New Progress Seminar on Psoriasis Treatment and Training Course on New Advances in Skin Surgery and Medical Beauty Technology in Panxi Region" hosted by Chengdu High tech Medical Association was held on October 22 and 26, 2024. Representatives attending the seminar expressed their great benefits and hoped to participate in similar conferences in the future.
