On the evening of November 22, the second General election meeting of the Radiation Professional Committee of Chengdu High-tech Medical Association was successfully held. According to the relevant provisions of the Constitution of Chengdu Hi-tech Medical Association and the Academic Organization Management Measures of Chengdu Hi-tech Medical Association, the general election is conducted in strict accordance with the organizational procedures and requirements of the general election after the study and approval of the secretariat of the society. First of all, Professor Yin Longlin, Chairman of the first session, made a term work report, summarizing a series of work carried out by the special Committee, which was unanimously recognized by all members. The meeting informed the recommendation of 97 committee candidates and the qualification examination report.

Professor Lin Wei of Chengdu First People's Hospital took over as the second chairman of the Professional Committee of Radiology. Professor Qu Haibo of West China Second Hospital of Sichuan University was elected as the chairman-designate. The vice-chairmen are: Professor Fu Bing of the Fifth People's Hospital of Chengdu, Professor Liu Jian of the Third People's Hospital of Chengdu, Professor Hu Fubi of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College, Professor Chen Guangwen of the Second People's Hospital of Chengdu, Professor Zheng Xiaohua of the Sixth People's Hospital of Chengdu, Professor Peng Shengkun of Sichuan People's Hospital. A total of 82 members voted in the election. Zeng Bin, Executive Vice President and secretary-general of Chengdu High-tech Medical Association, issued a letter of appointment for the elected members and made a speech.

 Professor Lin Wei, Chairman of the Committee, first thanked the first session of the Committee for its hard work in the past. He said that in the future, he will work together with the new members of the Special Committee to face the challenges of the future and enhance the overall level of radiology within and outside the region.

Professor Qu Haibo, Chairman designate, said that under the leadership of the society in the future, he will do his best to implement and complete the mission delivered by the society together with the two chairmen of the special committee, and ensure that every task is completed in a high standard.
