In recent years, the number of kidney disease patients worldwide has been continuously increasing. Currently, among fatal diseases, the growth rate ranks sixth, and the global disease mortality rate ranks eleventh. The incidence rate of chronic kidney disease in China is as high as 10.8%, and the number of patients is far more than 100 million. The number of end-stage renal disease patients who need renal replacement treatment is more than 1.5 million, and continues to rise at an annual growth rate of 120000-150000. Among them, lymphoma nephropathy remains the main cause of end-stage renal disease. In this context, the Western Lymphoma and Nephropathy Multidisciplinary Seminar hosted by Chengdu High tech Medical Association was successfully held online on May 14, 2024. The conference invited relevant experts and scholars to give lectures and exchange ideas, and the attending representatives expressed that they had benefited greatly.
