On the afternoon of February 18, 2025, the 15th executive council meeting of the second council of Chengdu-tech Medical Association and the fifth meeting of the member representative assembly were held in Chengdu High-tech Zone.

 Comrade Tian Jun, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Health and Family Planning Bureau of Chengdu High-tech Zone, Comrade Zhiwen, Director of the Comprehensive Department, Comrade Wu Bosheng, Deputy Director of the Health and Family Planning Department, and Comrade You Jie the Civil Affairs Department of the High-tech Zone attended the meeting; Comrade Jing Xiujing, Deputy Director of the Sichuan Provincial Medical Expert Committee for Prefer Treatment and former Vice President of the Sichuan Provincial Hospital Association, and Comrade Liu Guirong from the Sichuan Rural Development Promotion Association attended the meeting guidance; as well as Comrade Guo Donghui, President of the Shenzhen Longhua District Medical Association, and Comrade Hu Jianhui, Vice and Secretary-General of the Shenzhen Guangming District Medical Association, who were invited to attend the meeting from afar; a total of 168 people, including of the Chengdu High-tech Medical Association, members of the supervisory committee, and member representatives, attended this meeting, and Comrade Zhang Qili, the full Deputy Secretary of the Chengdu High-tech Medical Association, presided over the meeting.

Before the convening of the General Assembly, the 15th Standing Council and Supervision Meeting of the Chengdu High-tech Medical Association held first, where the 2024 annual work report of the Association and the matters that need to be passed at the General Assembly were deliberated. The Council proposed that the Association should deeply plan the grand strategy for development, jointly promote the great cause of development, and sounded the charge of the Chinese Medical Association to strive the new journey of building Chinese-style modernization. The Chengdu High-tech Medical Association will take Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as guide, fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress and the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of, continuously strengthen the ideological and political leadership, always adhere to the leading role of academic innovation, and constantly enhance its own innovation and development vitality, striving to compose a chapter of high-quality development in the new era!

At the General Assembly of the Chengdu High-tech Medical Association, Comrade Zhao Cong, President of the Second Council of the Chengdu-tech Medical Association, delivered the 2024 Council Work Report. In his report, he pointed out that the Chengdu High-tech Medical Association adheres to guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, under the strong leadership of the Party Group of the High-tech Zone Health and Health Bureau focusing on the "1456" work ideas of the District Health and Health Bureau, always adhering to the work concept of "strengthening the grassroots promoting transformation", with "based in High-tech, serving Sichuan and Chongqing, radiating the whole country, looking to the international" as the work, and has made unremitting efforts in promoting the progress of regional health and health services and the development of the biopharmaceutical industry, leading the development of, strengthening academic exchanges, and promoting scientific and technological innovation. Comrade Zeng Bin, the legal representative, executive vice president, and secretary general of the Chengdu High-tech Medical Association, presented the work report for 2024, the budget execution report for 2024, and the budget preparation report for 2025. He that the association strictly abides by relevant financial laws and regulations and the "Accounting System for Non-Profit Organizations," adhering to the spirit of continuous improvement and for excellence.
