To promote the high-quality development of the society, a comprehensive discussion and launch of the society's "Minshan Flame Transmission Plan" ten-year development strategy was held. The society's 2025 spring "Study Class" activity was successfully held in Chengdu from March 13th to 15th.

      This event was based on the theme of "Bai Ze Asks Questions, Flame Transmission in Action", with the formulation of the society's ten-year development plan as the main line. It featured wonderful sharing sessions covering various aspects such as politics and economy, artificial intelligence, and biomedicine. It was complemented by activities like brainstorming, speech contests, team flag presentations, and team-building activities, making it both educational and entertaining, and full of highlights.

      On the morning of March 13th, Secretary-General Zeng Bin, the Party Branch Secretary, Executive Vice President and Secretary-General of the Chengdu High-tech Medical Association, announced that the "Spring Reading Class of 2025" officially began!

      Professor Xu Lin, Deputy Director of the Economics Teaching and Research Department of the Sichuan Provincial Party School, gave a lecture on the theme of "Macroeconomic Situation and New Opportunities for Sichuan's Development".

      Professor Li Zhaoyong, Associate Professor of the School of Marxism at Sichuan University, Part time Professor at Sichuan Institute of Socialism, and Deputy Secretary General of the Sichuan Graduate Ideological and Political Course Teaching Research Association, teaches on the theme of "Contemporary Philosophical Consciousness of People - Worldview and Methodology".

      On the evening of the 13th, middle-level cadres of the society discussed development plans and drew up a blueprint for the future. The attendees conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges on key tasks and medium - to long-term development plans of various departments through brainstorming. At the same time, each department held a preliminary speech competition on the themes of "Jingwei Jieshi · Kunlun Question" and "I and the Society Develop Together", and selected outstanding representatives who made it to the finals.  

      Dr. Li Ke, General Manager and co-founder of Chengdu Sanyi Zhihui Technology Co., Ltd., gave a lecture on the theme of "Medical Paradigm Revolution in the Intelligent Era". Professor Kong Xiankai, Chairman and General Manager of Sichuan Guangrongcheng Life Science Development Co., Ltd., gave a lecture on the topic of "Analysis of Development Trends in the Domestic and International Pharmaceutical and Health Industry". Professor Yang Hanshuo, a researcher at West China Hospital of Sichuan University, Dean and Chief Scientist of Chengdu Minshan Cell Engineering Technology Research Institute, gave a lecture on the topic of "Advances in Biomedical Frontier Technologies". 

      On the evening of March 14th, the finals of the theme speech competition "Jingwei Takes the Stone · Kunlun Questions" and "I Develop Together with the Society" held by the society kicked off. After a fierce preliminary round, 13 outstanding contestants stood out. At the finals, the story of their growth together with the society was told, fully demonstrating the positive and ambitious spirit of the members of the society.

      The judges evaluated the contestants comprehensively based on their speech content, language expression, image and demeanor, and overall impression. After fierce competition, one first prize, two second prizes, and three third prizes were finally selected for the "Bai Ze Qizhi Award".

      On the morning of March 15th, a team building activity was held that was both entertaining and collaborative. All employees of the society were randomly divided into four teams: Yinglong Assault Team, Kunpeng Assault Team, Chiwu Assault Team, and Kuiniu Assault Team. In the end, the Chiwu Assault Team won the championship of this team building activity with excellent teamwork and tenacious fighting spirit.

      On the afternoon of March 15th, the graduation ceremony of the reading class and the press conference of the "Minshan Fireworks Plan" were held as scheduled. President Zhao Cong of the society, special guests, and all members of the society witnessed this important moment together.

      In the second part of the meeting, Secretary General Zeng Bin officially released the "Ten Year Development Strategy Plan for the Minshan Fireworks Plan" of Chengdu High tech Medical Association on behalf of the society. President Zhao Cong and Secretary General Zeng Bin jointly unveiled the "Minshan Fireworks Plan". At the flag presentation ceremony, Secretary General Zeng Bin awarded the "Kunlun Fireworks Battle Team" and "Baize Wanxiang Battle Team" flags to the Business Development Department and Clinical Transformation Department respectively. Comrades from both departments solemnly swore and promised to devote themselves to their work with high morale and full enthusiasm.

      Subsequently, Secretary General Zeng Bin signed a 2025 work target responsibility agreement with the Business Development Department and Clinical Translation Department, and signed a "Chengdu High tech Medical Association Innovation Project Cooperation Agreement" with two teams including Feng Huaizhi.

      At the end of the event, President Zhao Cong delivered a passionate speech, fully affirming the achievements of this training. President Zhao Cong also put forward three requirements:

      One is to take learning as the foundation, accumulate and develop steadily, and grasp the pulse of the industry through knowledge iteration;

      Second, take dreams as sails, dare to innovate, and open up Xintiandi in the wave of change;

      The third is to use behavior as a propeller, collaborate diligently, and achieve common goals through teamwork, which contains earnest expectations for members of the medical community.

      The successful holding of this "Reading Class" is not only a serious summary of the development process of the society in the first ten years, but also a prospect for the future ten years. Through the implementation of this activity, we hope that all employees of the society can ignite the "flame of Minshan" in the global health industry with the wisdom of "Bai Ze asked", the pattern of "Kun Peng spreading its wings", and the spirit of "Jingwei filling the sea", and write a new chapter of "Minshan firewood" in the human health cause!
