The treatment of skin immune diseases is one of the most successful cases in immunological translational medicine. Previously, the treatment of skin immune diseases was mainly achieved through the accidental discovery of drugs or therapies, which often had poor efficacy and certain toxicity in long-term treatment.With the application of biologics, more and more patients are achieving the treatment goal of completely or almost completely clearing their skin lesions and itching. We still have many questions regarding the pharmaceutical mechanisms of biologics, rational and safe use of drugs, long-term patient management, early intervention, and other aspects.

      In order to promote the development of skin immune diseases, psoriasis, urticaria and other fields, improve the level of precision diagnosis and treatment, use biological agents reasonably and safely, manage chronic diseases throughout the process, and reduce the burden of patients' diseases, the "From Spine to Skin: Breakthrough and Practice of Immunotherapy" conference hosted by Chengdu High tech Medical Association was successfully held online on March 11, 2025. The purpose of this conference is to establish an interdisciplinary communication platform, focusing on the cutting-edge progress of immunotherapy in various fields such as the nervous system, skin diseases, and the whole body, further enhancing the professional level of dermatologists, and promoting the deep integration of basic research and clinical translation.
