In order to attract more young and middle-aged physicians to pay attention to nephrology, stimulate the innovative thinking of young and middle-aged physicians in the department of nephrology, improve their clinical practice ability through academic exchanges and practice sharing, and promote the in-depth study of nephrology. ‌ The Young and Middle-aged Forum on Nephrology, sponsored by Chengdu Hi-tech Medical Association, was held on January 23 and March 12, 2025.
