With the accelerating global aging process, osteoporosis has become a critical public health issue threatening the well-being of middle-aged and elderly populations. To enhance clinicians' diagnostic and treatment capabilities and establish an academic exchange platform, the 2025 Osteoporosis Academic Conference, organized by the Chengdu High-Tech Medical Association, was successfully held in Zigong City on April 25, 2025.

       This conference aimed to create a high-level academic exchange platform, bringing together experts and scholars from domestic orthopedics, endocrinology, geriatrics, and related fields. Participants engaged in in-depth discussions on the latest research advances, diagnostic and therapeutic technologies, and prevention and management strategies for osteoporosis. By sharing cutting-edge scientific achievements and clinical experiences, the conference sought to promote multidisciplinary collaboration and innovation, improving early screening, precision treatment, and long-term management of osteoporosis. Additionally, the event focused on epidemiological trends, breakthroughs in drug development, and the optimization of health management models for osteoporosis. The insights gathered will provide a foundation for formulating more scientific prevention and treatment policies, ultimately reducing the incidence of osteoporotic fractures, improving patients' quality of life, alleviating the burden on healthcare systems, and contributing professional expertise to the realization of healthy aging goals.
