In response to the call of the "14th five year plan for national clinical specialty capacity building" on the sinking of medical resources and the improvement of grass-roots capabilities, the "chemistry meeting on the standardization of diagnosis and treatment management of spondyloarthritis" hosted by Chengdu high tech Medical Association was successfully held online on April 28, 2025. This meeting focused on the forefront of diagnosis and treatment of spondyloarthritis, attracting experts in the field of rheumatism and immunity from inside and outside the province and representatives of grass-roots medical institutions to participate, aiming to promote the standardized construction of disciplines and the balanced development of regional medical resources.

Through case sharing and interactive discussion, experts systematically sorted out the strategies for optimizing the diagnosis and treatment path of spondyloarthritis, including the clinical application of imaging technology, the individualized selection of biological agents and the standardized implementation of rehabilitation treatment. The key role of primary medical institutions in early screening and chronic disease management was particularly emphasized, and the vertical flow of high-quality resources through multidisciplinary collaboration and telemedicine technology was advocated.

By integrating cutting-edge academic resources and policy guidance, this meeting provided an important platform for promoting the homogeneous development of diagnosis and treatment of spondyloarthritis. In the future, we will continue to carry out standardized training and regional cooperation, help improve the ability of primary medical services, and effectively respond to the strategic goal of "healthy China".
