To strengthen prescription review capabilities in primary medical institutions, improve pharmaceutical care management quality and service levels, and equip participants with essential knowledge and skills for pharmaceutical quality control in hospital settings—ultimately promoting standardized and rational drug use—the Training Program on Pharmaceutical Competency Enhancement Under High-Quality Development of Public Hospitals, organized by the Chengdu High-Tech Zone Medical Association, was successfully held in Chengdu on March 7, 2025.
This training provided systematic and professional instruction, enabling pharmacists to update their knowledge base and master cutting-edge skills in clinical rational drug use, precision medication, and comprehensive drug evaluation, thereby better adapting to the evolving pharmaceutical service model. Additionally, the program reinforced the professional value of pharmacy departments in multidisciplinary hospital collaboration, enhanced rational medication management, reduced medication risks, and ensured patient drug safety—further advancing hospital refinement and healthcare quality improvement.
Moreover, by cultivating a high-caliber, specialized pharmaceutical workforce, the training laid a solid technical and intellectual foundation for the high-quality development of public hospitals. This initiative contributes to building an efficient, high-standard healthcare service system, ultimately improving medical service quality and patient experience.
