Thrombolytic therapy serves as a critical intervention in acute ischemic stroke management, directly impacting patient survival rates and long-term prognosis. To enhance primary care physicians' clinical expertise in stroke diagnosis and treatment, improve therapeutic efficacy, and strengthen comprehensive stroke management capabilities for better patient care, the Rongcheng Thrombolysis Quality Improvement Conference, organized by the Chengdu Hi-Tech Zone Medical Association, was successfully held online on March 25, 2025.

       The conference aimed to promote standardized and homogeneous development of regional stroke rescue systems through multidisciplinary collaboration and knowledge exchange. Focusing on core issues such as treatment timeliness, indication criteria, complication prevention, and clinical pathway optimization, the event combined case-based discussions with the latest guideline interpretations to refine participants' decision-making skills and operational standardization. Additionally, it established a communication platform across healthcare institutions, facilitating the dissemination of high-quality medical resources to grassroots hospitals and supporting standardized thrombolysis practices. These efforts collectively contribute to shortened treatment windows, improved vascular recanalization rates, and ultimately better clinical outcomes for patients. More than an academic forum, this conference represents a pivotal opportunity to bridge clinical practice with healthcare quality enhancement, injecting new momentum into elevating stroke prevention and treatment standards across Rongcheng and neighboring regions.
