In order to thoroughly implement the relevant requirements of the national action plan for improving medical humanistic care, further promote the implementation of the humanistic care concept in pediatric medical services, enhance the humanized construction level of pediatric wards, and promote the comprehensive service capabilities of medical staff, the Chengdu High tech Medical Association successfully held the "Chengdu High tech Medical Pediatric Credit Association Maternal and Child Care Special Committee 2025 Academic Conference" and the Sichuan Province Continuing Medical Education Project "Practice and Innovation Training Class for Pediatric Humanistic Ward Construction" in Chengdu on June 21-22, 2025.

The training was organized by Chengdu High tech Medical Association, and jointly organized by the Maternal and Infant Care Special Committee of Chengdu High tech Medical Pediatric Branch and Chengdu Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine Hospital · Chengdu First People's Hospital. The purpose of the training was to carry out systematic learning and experience exchange around the functional orientation, environmental optimization, management practice, psychological support, nurse patient communication and other aspects of pediatric humanistic wards, and explore replicable and promotable practice paths in combination with the construction achievements and typical cases of domestic exemplary organization. Through training, we aim to assist medical institutions at all levels in improving the quality of pediatric medical services, enhancing the medical experience for pediatric patients, and creating a more warm, comfortable, and safe medical environment.
