In order to accelerate the construction of a comprehensive regional myopia prevention and control system and promote the high-quality development of the eye health industry, the "Inaugural Conference of Myopia Prevention and Control and Visual Science Industry Alliance and the First Adolescent Eye Health Management Academic Seminar" hosted by Chengdu High-tech Medical Association and undertaken by Guangming Huamei (Sichuan) Health Management Co., Ltd. was successfully held in Chengdu High-tech Medical Association on June 19, 2025. The conference brought together a team of ophthalmology experts and representatives of enterprises who love the visual health industry and are enthusiastic about myopia prevention and control, and discussed the impact mechanism of light pollution on visual health, the full-cycle eye health management strategy of children and adolescents, and the technological innovation and application of medical and engineering integration.

According to the relevant provisions of the "Constitution" and "Measures for the Management of Academic Organizations" of the Chengdu High-tech Medical Association, the conference notified the recommendation of the candidates of the alliance and the qualification review report, and democratically elected the chairman, vice president, executive director and other leaders of the first alliance. Zhu Jin of Guangming Huamei (Sichuan) Health Management Co., Ltd. was elected as the chairman, Mo Jing of Chengdu East Aier Eye Hospital, and Long Fushou of Guangming Huamei (Sichuan) Health Management Co., Ltd. were elected as vice chairmen, and Li Hongfei of Guangming Huamei (Sichuan) Health Management Co., Ltd. and Zhang Jianhua of Sichuan Zhonglian Tongchuang Industrial Co., Ltd. were elected executive directors.

Feng Huaizhi, director of the Collaborative Innovation Center for Medical-Industrial Integration of Chengdu High-tech Medical Association, delivered a speech for the establishment of the alliance, pointing out that the core value of the alliance lies in breaking through the traditional industry collaboration model, reshaping the development pattern of the visual health industry from the dual dimensions of time and space, and creating a sustainable development model of the trinity of technical research, resource integration and public welfare. This is not only a current action to protect the bright vision for young people, but also a new strategic path for China's visual health industry to explore self-hematopoiesis, multi-dimensional synergy, and sustainable evolution.

Comrade Xiao Jiafang, as the leader of the functional party organization of the Communist Party of China of the alliance, emphasized that the development of the alliance should be led by party building, and the prevention and control of myopia must be upgraded to a strategic height.

Professor Zhu Jin pointed out that the continuous deterioration of the visual environment is the main culprit of the current high incidence of myopia. In the century-old contest between human beings and myopia, a prevention and control method that is both efficient and large-scale has not yet been born, and the problem of myopia has become a serious "horizon" problem. In the face of challenges, the alliance will innovatively use "anti-light pollution glasses" as a breakthrough to protect the bright vision of young people.

Professor Ding Changcong of the Children's Health Department of Chengdu Qingyang District Maternal and Child Health Hospital emphasized that children's eye health is a crucial part of the contemporary systematic children's health management system, and its scientific management and early intervention are indispensable core links to ensure the comprehensive and healthy development of children.

Li Wenkai, President of Sichuan Century Heguang Technology Development Co., Ltd., emphasized the harm of light pollution to visual health, and said that in the future, he will cooperate with the alliance to continue to tackle bionic light technology, and at the same time deepen the application and promotion and iterative upgrading of existing products, and is committed to providing the light of life for human health.
