2、Tailor to your hair type:

  • Oily hair: Daily (water<50°C; strong oil-control shampoo ≤2x/week)

  • Dry hair: Every 2-3 days

  • Normal hair: Every 2-4 days

1、Blow-dry risks:

  • High heat + close contact = Frizz, split ends & scalp damage!

    • May cause colds; wet hair friction harms strands while sleeping.

    • Gently squeeze water with a microfiber towel (no rubbing!).
