With the progress of medical science, academic knowledge in the field of renal anemia continues to evolve. To raise awareness among nephrologists about renal anemia, provide insights into the latest domestic and international treatment approaches, and develop optimal diagnostic and therapeutic strategies tailored to China’s clinical landscape—thereby improving hemoglobin target achievement rates and patient outcomes—the Chengdu High-Tech Medical Association successfully hosted the "Seminar on Advances in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Renal Anemia" on June 27, 2025.

       This seminar brought together renowned experts in nephrology, hematology, and related fields from both China and abroad. Through in-depth discussions on cutting-edge research and clinical best practices, it significantly contributed to advancing the overall standard of renal anemia management. The conference focused on key topics such as iron metabolism regulation and the application of HIF-PHI drugs, exploring ways to optimize personalized treatment strategies. It aimed to promote the standardization and refinement of clinical practices. Additionally, the seminar addressed the practical needs of primary healthcare institutions, facilitating the dissemination of high-quality medical resources and narrowing regional disparities in diagnosis and treatment. Ultimately, the event served as a catalyst for improving patients' quality of life, alleviating the societal healthcare burden, and invigorating efforts in the prevention and treatment of chronic kidney disease and its complications in China.
