With the rapid development of medical technology and the increasing emphasis on health, diabetes, as a globally prevalent chronic disease, is facing unprecedented opportunities for transformation in its diagnosis and treatment models. The traditional medical model is no longer sufficient to meet the complex and changing needs of diabetes prevention and control. The innovative medical model of multi-disciplinary integration (MetaMed) has emerged, bringing new hope for precise treatment, personalized management, and improvement of patients' quality of life for diabetes.

To promote the development of the multi-disciplinary diagnosis and treatment model for diabetes in China and facilitate academic exchanges and cooperation, the "2025 National Diabetes Multi-disciplinary MetaMed Frontier Conference - Chengdu Station" was held in Chengdu on April 20th.
