On August 22, 2025, the "Cross-Disciplinary Dialogue Conference on Dermatology and Rheumatology", hosted by the Chengdu High-Tech Medical Association, was successfully held. The conference featured presentations on topics such as retreatment of psoriasis recurrence, comprehensive management from psoriasis to psoriatic arthritis, and the long-term safe use of biologics in patients with ankylosing spondylitis. The discussion session focused on the selection of biologics, defining psoriasis recurrence and standardizing medication use, risk factors and early intervention for psoriatic arthritis, as well as the application of ultrasonography in relevant populations. This conference provided valuable insights for advancing the field of dermatological psoriasis, enhancing precision in diagnosis and treatment, ensuring rational and safe application of biologics, strengthening whole-course management of chronic diseases, and reducing the burden on patients.
