"Patient Education: Caring for National Health" — The "Heart-Link Joy" popular science series on common cardiovascular diseases was successfully held from June to August 2025. Organized by the Chengdu High-Tech Medical Association, the event comprised ten sessions focusing on the prevention, recognition, and self-management of common conditions such as heart failure, coronary heart disease, hypertension, and arrhythmias. Practical knowledge including scientific lifestyle practices, fluid management, and exercise rehabilitation was systematically presented. The activity significantly enhanced public awareness of cardiovascular diseases and self-management skills, receiving widespread positive feedback.
