To enhance clinical expertise of nephrology physicians in primary healthcare institutions, promote the in-depth application and development of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in renal diseases, and facilitate collaboration among members of the specialized alliance, the 4th Sichuan Provincial Famous TCM Studio "Baoguang" Nephrology Forum and National TCM-Western Medicine Collaborative Flagship Department Annual Meeting was successfully held in Chengdu from August 29 to 30,2025. Organized by the Chengdu High-Tech Medical Association and hosted by the First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College, the conference focused on integrated TCM-Western medicine approaches for kidney disease management, innovative applications of TCM-specific therapies, exploration of collaborative diagnosis-treatment models, and sharing of clinical experiences. These discussions aimed to strengthen academic exchanges and resource integration among alliance members.
