With the continuous development of the Internet, the forms of medical academic exchanges are becoming more and more flexible and diversified, breaking through the barriers of time and space. The first phase of the "Cloud based Collaborative Communication" series of academic conferences hosted by Chengdu High tech Medical Association was successfully held online on September 9, 2025. Rheumatic immunology, as an emerging discipline, has caused a large number of patients in China to suffer from rheumatic and immunological diseases. Only by early diagnosis and standardized treatment can patients return to a comfortable life as soon as possible. In order to promote the academic development of rheumatology and immunology and facilitate exchanges between regions, this rheumatology and immunology academic exchange conference is held. The conference invited renowned experts in the field of rheumatology and immunology to give a special academic report, focusing on classic cases and cutting-edge technologies in the field of rheumatology and immunology for academic discussions and exchanges. We also shared new concepts, progress, and information in the current clinical rheumatology and immunology field with our colleagues. After the meeting, the attending representatives expressed that they had benefited greatly and would continue to participate in such meetings.
