In order to light up the life searchlight of fetal cardiovascular malformations, build a bridge of hope for neonatal cardiac critical illness, and create a monument for the rehabilitation of hereditary cardiovascular diseases in children, the "Fourth National Conference on Fetal and Neonatal Cardiology, the Eighth Western Children's Cardiovascular Diagnosis and Treatment Research Collaboration Network Conference, the 2025 Academic Conference of the High tech Medical Association's Neonatal and Pediatric Cardiac Critical Care Committee, the 2025 Academic Conference of the West China Children's Cardiovascular Specialty Alliance, the 2025 Academic Conference of the Cardiovascular Group of the Pediatric Branch of the Sichuan Medical Association, and the National Clinical Key Specialty Construction Project Academic Conference" jointly organized by the Chengdu High tech Medical Association and West China Second Hospital of Sichuan University, and hosted by the Chengdu High tech Medical Association's Neonatal and Pediatric Cardiac Critical Care Committee, were successfully held in Chengdu from June 8th to 10th, 2025.

The meeting officially began on the morning of August 9, 2025. The opening ceremony was presided over by Professor Zhou Kaiyu from the Children's Heart Center of West China Second Hospital of Sichuan University.   Subsequently, the grand academic conference officially opened its brilliant chapter, with a series of carefully planned thematic forums appearing one by one, including case sharing and exciting case competitions, fetal, neonatal, and pediatric structural heart disease forums, fetal, neonatal, and pediatric arrhythmia and heart failure forums, and fetal, neonatal, and pediatric cardiovascular hot topic forums.

Sub forum 1: Case Sharing and Exciting Case Competition

This conference has specially organized an exciting case competition, with 39 medical enthusiasts from all over the country using cases as boats and technology as sails, breaking through the waves in the vast galaxy of clinical practice! Finally, Dr. Wang Chuan and Dr. Duan Hongyu from West China Second Hospital of Sichuan University won the first prize for their breakthrough diagnostic and treatment thinking. Dr. Su Ya from Chongqing Medical University Affiliated Children's Hospital, Dr. Hu Fan from West China Second Hospital of Sichuan University, Dr. Wang Jian from Shanghai Jiao Tong University Affiliated Xinhua Hospital, Dr. Liu Ruixi from Chongqing Medical University Affiliated Children's Hospital, and Dr. Huang Wendi from Xi'an Children's Hospital won the second prize for their innovative clinical plans. Dr. Deng Lili from Kunming Children's Hospital, Dr. Liu Junhui from Qingdao Women and Children's Hospital, Dr. Li Jiang from Guangzhou Women and Children's Medical Center Liuzhou Hospital, Dr. Liu Tao from Southwest Medical University Affiliated Hospital, Dr. Hou Yuan from Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People's Hospital, Dr. Meng Huitao from Lanzhou University Second Hospital, and Dr. Niu Muqing from Shihezi University First Affiliated Hospital also won the second prize. The sentence is: Eight doctors from the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Chen Chuansi, won the third prize for their forward-looking exploratory spirit. Sub forum 2: Structural Heart Disease Forum for Fetuses, Newborns, and Children
