1、 Participants in make-up exams
（1） Physicians who fail the first assessment of regular physician assessments in this cycle.
（2） The first assessment of this cycle should be conducted for physicians who have not registered or whose registration procedures have not been completed.
（3） Physicians who have been practicing and registered for less than 3 years before December 31, 2024, voluntarily participate in this assessment cycle.
The above are all physicians registered or changed to our province before December 31, 2024.
2、 Make-up exam time and content
（1） September 22nd to October 10th, 2025
1. Physicians who fail the initial assessment do not need to register again. Physicians who have not registered for the initial assessment or voluntarily participate in this cycle's assessment need to register again. Physicians who have not completed the initial assessment registration process need to continue to supplement their registration.
2. Medical institutions will include physicians in the make-up examination and assessment for this cycle. Physicians need to complete self-evaluation of their work performance and professional ethics, and choose the assessment procedure. Medical institution review, assessment agency review.
3. In the "assessment progress" section, the assessment agency will identify such physicians as absent and automatically add them to the "waiting list for make-up exams".
（2） October 11th to October 15th, 2025
The designated examination office confirms the "list of candidates waiting for make-up exams".
（3） October 16th to October 24th, 2025
Physicians complete the assessment of their professional competence. Choose the business proficiency assessment format of the simplified program to write a job report for myself. The business proficiency assessment for selecting general programs includes professional knowledge and public knowledge (medical psychology, medical ethics, laws and regulations, doctor-patient communication skills, and medical insurance knowledge, etc.); Only one assessment opportunity, physicians need to choose a place with a quiet environment and stable signal; During the assessment, facial recognition technology is used for invigilation. If the assessment results are not qualified due to substitute exams, bystanders, etc., the examinee shall be responsible for it themselves.
（4） October 25th to October 31st, 2025
The designated examination office confirms the assessment results of this cycle.
（5） November 2025
The Provincial Examination Office has coordinated the completion of the association and synchronization between the results of this cycle's examination and the electronic registration system for physicians.
3、 Assessment format
The regular assessment of physicians in this cycle will be uniformly conducted using the "Physician Regular Assessment Information Registration Management System" (hereinafter referred to as the Regular Examination System) of the Chinese Medical Association. 4、 Assessment results
The assessment results are divided into qualified and unqualified. Any work performance, professional ethics, or professional level that cannot be evaluated or assessed is considered unqualified.
2. For physicians who fail the assessment in this cycle and physicians who have not participated in regular assessments for two consecutive assessment cycles, health administrative departments at all levels shall cancel their registration in accordance with relevant regulations such as the Physician Law of the People's Republic of China, the Management Measures for Regular Assessment of Physicians, and the Management Measures for Physician Practice Registration.
5、 Related requirements
（1） This assessment is the final assessment of this cycle. Each medical and health institution should attach great importance to the regular assessment of physicians, and must notify the physicians registered in the institution. If there are any missed exams, they will be responsible on their own.
（2） All levels and types of medical and health institutions must do a good job in account management to ensure that institutional accounts have clear responsible persons.
（3） If institutions need to apply for institutional accounts or reset institutional passwords, please bring the authorization letter for applying for institutional examination accounts and resetting passwords, a copy of the medical institution license or clinic registration certificate stamped with a fresh seal, and a copy of the authorized person's ID card stamped with a fresh seal to the 222 office of Chengdu High tech Medical Association for processing (working days: 09:00-11:30 am, 13:30-17:00 pm).
