The Chengdu High-Tech Medical Association's Special Committee on Medical Aesthetics Compliance and Legal Risk Prevention successfully hosted its annual academic conference themed “Compliance in Beauty, Law in Action” in Chengdu on October 26, 2025. Experts thoroughly analyzed year-end inspection priorities and high-frequency risk areas in daily operations, revealing the underlying logic of regulatory oversight. This provided clear guidance for institutions to conduct precise benchmarking and effective self-inspections. Simultaneously, through dissecting typical personal injury cases, they highlighted common oversights in treatment procedures, helping institutions enhance quality safety and risk prevention capabilities. Furthermore, the conference systematically addressed standardized procedures for medical consumables procurement, storage, and ledger management. It also provided professional insights into the scientific selection and risk mitigation role of medical liability insurance, offering practical pathways for institutions to strengthen management foundations and build comprehensive risk control systems.This annual conference served not only as a platform for knowledge updates and policy dissemination but also emphasized interaction and practical application.
